The Renters Rights Bill - Removal of Section 21 Notices

The Renters Rights Bill - Removal of Section 21 notices. When and how will this happen?

The RRB will abolish Section 21 no fault evictions for new and existing tenancies on a date to be determined.

This means all tenant rights will change on one day. The earliest this is likely to be is the summer of 2025.
