Another new cost is coming for landlords in England. 💷 From 15 December 2026, the new mandatory Landlord Database will begin its rollout, starting in the West Midlands before moving across the country.

There comes a point for many homeowners when having more space is no longer necessarily a benefit. Perhaps the children have moved out, the garden is becoming harder to maintain, there are rooms you rarely use or you simply want to release some of the equity tied up in your property. 💷
