What does the November budget mean for homes in Gravesend? New tax measure will influence affordability, demand and long-term property decisions that will shape how people buy, sell and invest in property over the next few years.

The Renters’ Rights Act is now law, bringing the biggest changes to renting in a generation. Here’s a breakdown of what tenants can expect across the three rollout phases—from the end of Section 21 to new rights, protections, and national standards.

Three of the major changes in the Renters’ Rights Act are longer notice periods, a shift to periodic tenancies and higher arrears thresholds. This means landlords must prepare financially. Rent guarantee insurance, forward planning and savings buffers are now more important than ever.

The festive season is in full swing, and Gravesham is bursting with brilliant events throughout December. Whether you want family fun, festive shopping, a magical theatre experience, or creative Christmas workshops, there’s something for everyone right on your doorstep.
