Cobham Colts are a junior football club with teams ranging from Under 7's to Under 16's and we jumped at the opportunity to sponsor their Under 9s team.
On Sunday 29th January 2023, Cobham Colts U9s played in a trophy match against Sheppey United Youth White (a team in the league above Cobham!)
A cold morning kick off was at 9.30am, and an action packed start saw the first half finish in a 2-2 draw.
Sheppey United were a strong feisty team, but Cobham held their ground with the winning goal being scored in the second half.
A special well done to Finley Phillips for scoring 2 goals and Sebastian Driscoll for scoring 1.
The final score was 3-2! The next round of the cup will be against ‘New Road’ on Sunday 19th February … Good Luck Boys!
