When are we open and when are we closed over the Christmas and New Year period.

If you are a tenant and have an emergency, please call the office in the usual way and leave us a message. Our mailbox will be monitored over the holidays.

In your message, please include your name, property address, telephone number and email address, stating clearly what the emergency is. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Please note if you do not state clearly why you have called over the holidays we will not return your call until the office re-opens.

Should you smell gas, or any emergency is a danger to life please contact the appropriate emergency services in the usual way or the gas board immediately - National Gas Emergencies number 0800 111 999
