Thank you for your interest in our Apprenticeship job vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, as well as earn. We have recently had 2 of our team complete their apprenticeships (both of which have stayed with us working Full Time) and now would love to add another member to our team.
We are one of the leading estate agencies in Gravesham. We are committed to providing the best customer service to all of our Clients, so anyone joining our team would need to have the same passion for excellence.
The Role
You would play a crucial role in forming relationships with Landlords and perspective tenants, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable and compliant move.
Primary responsibilities would include:
- Talking to and prequalifying potential tenants and registering them onto our CRM system
- Carrying out viewings for available rentals
- Keeping our Landlords and applicants happy, with updates on the progress of the referencing
- Produce the necessary paperwork required to enable tenants to move in.
- MOVE IN A HAPPY TENANT!!
Key Qualities and Skills
Whilst you do not need to have experience in Estate Agency, we can teach you everything you need to know, the ideal candidate will have the following:
- A happy disposition and the ability to look on the positive side of a situation.
- A ‘glass half full’ attitude
- A willingness to learn
- A desire to help others
- Enthusiasm!!
- Enjoy TALKING to others and building relationships
