M&M Estate and Lettings Agents Refer a Friend Voucher Program - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
1. The "Refer a Friend" voucher program is open to existing customers of M&M Estate and Lettings Agents aged 18 years or older.
Referral Criteria:
2. To qualify for the voucher, the referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously used our services to either buy, sell or rent a property.
3. To receive your £100 amazon voucher the referral must result in a successful exchange of contracts of the referred friends property. This only applies to the first property they sell, not any subsequent business they do through M&M Estate and Lettings Agents.
Referrer Rewards:
4. For each successful referral, the referrer (existing customer) will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
5. Vouchers are non-transferable
Redemption:
6. On the successful exchange of contracts of the referred Client M&M Estate and Lettings Agents will make contact with the referrer to arrange the Amazon Vouchers be sent.
7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
Validity:
8. Vouchers are valid for the time specified by Amazon.
9. Expired vouchers will not be replaced.
Limitations:
10. There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can refer (the more the better!), but M&M Estate and Lettings Agents reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
Fraud Prevention:
11. Any attempt to manipulate the program or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program.
12. M&M Estate and Lettings Agents reserves the right to withhold vouchers or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Program Changes:
13. M&M Estate and Lettings Agents reserves the right to modify or terminate the "Refer a Friend" voucher program at any time without prior notice.
General Terms:
14. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
