Help shape the private rented sector. Have your say...

The Renters (Reform) Bill will have a major impact on the Private Rented Sector. Have your say as it passes through Parliament.

Propertymark are leading a response to the UK Government as the Renters (Reform) Bill passes through Parliament. As property agents we are asked to provide our opinions on the Bill and how we expect it to impact our business and our Landlords.
  
However, to paint a picture of what the Bill means to the whole sector they need to hear from landlords too.
 
Propertymark have created a short survey to investigate how landlord costs are rising and what risks the Bill poses to the private rented sector housing stock.
