π This year's YTD listing stand at 1244, which is 12% higher than the historical 3-year YTD average of 1111 properties.
π· The average asking price in Gravesend, for ALL property types, at September 2024: Β£350,742 (an increase of 2% when compared to September 2023).
π‘ The average asking price in Gravesend, for a Detached property, at September 2024: Β£562,964 (a -3% change when compared to September 2023).
