- ๐Ÿ“ˆ Accumulative Total Gross Listings YTD are 4.8% higher than 2023 YTD levels and 16.9% higher than 2022.
- ๐Ÿ“Š This year's YTD listings stand at 815, which is 9% higher than the historical 3-year YTD average of 752 properties.
- ๐Ÿ’ท The average asking price in Gravesend, for ALL property types, at June 2024: ยฃ367,414 (an increase of 4% when compared to June 2023).
- ๐Ÿก The average asking price in Gravesend, for a Detached property, at June 2024: ยฃ575,493 (a decrease of 2% when compared to June 2023).
- ๐Ÿ˜๏ธ The average asking price in Gravesend, for a terraced property, at June 2024: ยฃ339,123 (an increase of 1% when compared to June 2023).
