🛠️ ellenor Hospice – Hard Hat Tour of Their New Wellbeing Centre 🏥
At M&M, we take pride in supporting ellenor, an amazing local charity that provides hospice care for adults and children. We had the privilege of being invited to see the build progress of their new wellbeing centre and learn about the amazing work they continue to do to support our community. 🌟
ellenor is a fantastic charity that provides care and support to families facing terminal illness in Kent. They offer a range of services including in-patient care, home visits, and emotional support for both patients and their loved ones. ❤️
ellenor is 3 months away from the completion of their new wellbeing centre. While there is still a long way to go, you can see the end is in sight, and the excitement of the team is evident! Our tour gave us an idea of what the final centre will look like, their plans for the future of the inpatients ward, and the gardens. 🌿🏗️
The new wellbeing centre is set to be a fantastic addition, offering enhanced facilities and services to further support patients' and families' needs. Seeing the construction progress and knowing the impact this centre will have on the community is incredibly moving. 🌱🏢 The new facilities will include new counselling rooms, an improved playroom, quiet spaces for patients and their families, a cinema where patients and their families can create lifelong memories, a large multipurpose area for a range of activities, as well as a modern workspace and private areas for the amazing staff that run ellenor. 🎥🌸
The dedication and compassion of the staff and volunteers at ellenor was truly inspiring. Their dedication and love of what they do shone through in the whole afternoon, in every speech, tour, and conversation. ❤️🏥
